What the Opt-In URL Is
When you create a closed testing release in Play Console, Google generates a unique opt-in URL for your app's closed test. This URL looks something like play.google.com/apps/testing/com.yourapp.package.
This URL is the gateway to your closed test. A tester who clicks this link is taken to a Google Play page where they can confirm they want to join the testing program for your app. After confirming, they are directed to install the app from the Play Store.
Where to Find Your Opt-In URL
In Google Play Console, navigate to Testing → Closed testing. Under the Testers tab, look for the section called How testers join your test. Your opt-in URL is listed there.

Your closed testing release may not be published yet. Draft or pending-review releases are not accessible to testers. Ensure your release status shows Published in Play Console.
Your tester group may not be properly linked to your release. The group email you added must be enabled for the correct release.
The tester may be using an incompatible device. Your app may have device restrictions that prevent installation on certain Android versions or hardware configurations.
The tester's country may be excluded from your closed testing distribution. Check your closed testing distribution settings in Play Console.
