Delete Your Account
You can delete your TestSlot tester account and its data at any time, with or without the app.
Option 1: In the app (instant)
- Open the TestSlot app and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account
- Confirm - your account is deleted immediately
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
If you can't sign in, submit the account email below and we'll delete your account and data within a few business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, KYC/payout details, device tokens)
- Your test opt-ins, streak progress, and waitlist entries
- Your feedback submissions and message threads with developers
- Photos/videos you attached to feedback or messages
What we keep
Completed withdrawal/payout records are retained as financial and tax records, as required by law, even after your account is deleted.
